He's (Dumoulin, since page break) been relatively disappointing so far this year. I can't remember if he had COVID, but I know some guys who caught it over the summer have struggled a little to get up to their usual speed. I wonder if this is affecting him, because at times it's like he's forgotten what he's supposed to be doing out there.
