I don't fully trust him still...but he's not giving up a lot of soft goals the last half of the year, which is all I can ask for...
To be fair, look at these rosters, he's still playing in the minors...

I did not know Ceci had this physical element. I thought he played like he had eggs in his pants. That dude throws hard checks.
I feel like he picked the Nick Boynton development card. Savvy, mobile, two-way puck mover...quickly lost his way, wheels fell off, re-emerged as a bruiser...
I think a lot of it has to do with being miscast in Ottawa and Toronto. Too many minutes, too high on the depth chart. Got a big contract on pedigree and couldn't live up to it. Situation reminds me of Justin Schultz

What do you do when your boss walks away...? You play solitaire...
He really just doesn't know what to do because he's caught in a high low situation and he has no real obvious coaching or hockey sense...if he goes to McCann, Crosby is loose...if he stays deep, McCann walks even further in...he choose to turn into a lamp post...
