Sure. But he was still checking guys, he could still kill...he was water skiing, but he was around...ERod serves no function at his best. Devils guys had the scoring chances at like 25 to 23 or something...how f'n wild...the chances were really like, what, 7-6 Pittsburgh...? Nothing happened in this game...

Craig Adams was the one of the best at something at one point. He was a premier pk forward - which is not a good thing to hang your hat on because like 99.9999% of forwards are capable pkers. But Adams was really really good. Rodrigues is not even close at having a redeeming quality, let alone being top tier at anything.

Adams was a no frills defensive forward who was our top PK guy. Rodrigues is an (alleged) athlete but isn’t skilled enough in the offensive zone nor smart enough in the defensive zone and doesn’t look like he could check a Bantam player
