The way the refs called that game tonite with their phantom penalties and the total cop-out on the Tanev play, is there any surprise that they'd let that bad change go?

There are stipulations in the rules that allow for a major to be called if a charge results in a significant injury so I guess the refs technically got it correct but that’s a bad rule
