The switch of tanev and kapanen doesn't make much sense to me. The zar blueger tanev line was probably the most efficient line

It happened (in our favor) in game 1 of that play-in series vs Montreal. They took about 200 penalties in a row that we didn't score on, and then we lost in overtime...

There's a chance of everything this year, right? But at the rate that the NHL is going vs the QMJHL, the Q has a lot more rope to go than we do...Poulin, of note, is likely going on a long postseason run...we, uhh, are not...

Swap him and jake. Let rust and kapanen play against one another for the "top" line.

Hes a north-south guy with decent finishing hands around the net. Never has that type of player fit with malkin. He's lost... forcing the puck to malkin and not creating much of anything. Agreed hes a much better fit with sid and did well there last year. Whats the hold up?

I can only remember him pulling up to the blue line and hanging on to the puck looking for a pass to Malkin. There's too much forcing those two
