This is not me reacting to another sloppy game, I swear
But the Pens seriously need to think about moving on from Letang and/or Malkin. Only for asset management
Letang is still logging minutes but essentially does absolutely nothing within those minutes. He’s so far from an offensive threat that he was a couple years ago
And malkin, I don’t know. I’ve heard the same thing that Madden brought up today: that he doesn’t want to be here anymore. It just might be time to pull the trigger with him seemingly not being happy

Dumoulin looks like he hurt himself trying to go down to the ice on a knee to block a pass. That was weird. Knee...Ankle.
He’s been playing/skating like he has weights tied around his skates so not sure it’s as big of a loss as it would have been in years past.

Honestly it feels like 99% of the 1st PPs problems are because 4 guys are on the same page, but then there's Kris Letang, and none of them know what he **** he's doing (and I'm not sure he does, either)

The only asset anybody mentions anymore about Letang is his fitness level? Seriously? That’s it? He has great cardio and can eat a lot of minutes. That’s pretty much all he’s bringing to the table anymore. He’s making too much money and is on the ice far too much for that to be his only positive attribute.
