They’re playing with house money in front of the best goalie in the world. This format is a absolute gift. So, they play within themselves, know Price will take care of business, and wait for a mistake.

I don’t disagree. But I don’t think we should even be in this position. We have an all star sitting on the bench because Murray was good three years ago. The whole “he steps it up in big situations” is horseshit considering he was the goaltender for a who was swept last year and followed it up with a god awful regular season this year

It’s not even like who gives us a better chance to win. It’s who gives us a lesser chance of going out again with a whimper, if that makes any sense. Maybe the boys will be extra focused in front of Jarry.

At this point, I say a major change isn’t always a panic change; sometimes a major change is necessary whenever the possibility arises—even at the last minute.
