At least we got a point.
GDTs have become a hate filled cuss the refs, cuss the league and cuss the players. Not sure why some of you bother to watch such a disgusting league.

I think Petterson did what he could. Nelson made a good move to cut but Petterson was forcing him back outside on his backhand. It also looked like Petterson was caught between playing Nelson and the center drive early until the backchecker caught up. But in terms of limiting Nelson's options once he made the move I thought it was fine.
I have literally 0 clue what Murray was thinking. If he doesn't play that like a potato we aren't having this discussion right now. Which is why I said it's 100% on him.

Pettersson got walked. I'm surprised Murray didn't adjust his depth back to his post after his initial push...he really lost his net there I feel like...but, yeah, the Ugly Swede got danced...he just didn't read the situation well at the beginning, he doesn't gap up well, and then he fails to execute when it was penetration time...

That ought to be the nature of how goaltending is evaluated in the short hand. I've said it a thousand times, nothing hurts a team more than a bad goal against...moreover, nothing affects a team more (up or down) than a bad goal against...
It just turns around entire fortunes of teams...
