I don’t think another forward or a top 4 defenseman do anything to change the fortunes of this team. They’re just incredibly average. Is anyone on the ice even breaking a sweat?

This is the way the NHL looks to me now on most nights though. Bland. The lack of hits, fights, passion, and energy on a nightly basis is making the game less entertaining for me. On most nights these games look like pond hockey or Olympic hockey games.

The Stars/Yotes game the other night on NHLN look-in was crazy-nuts-bonkers with action. Antithesis of this Sleep_Number 99 edition.
