To expand on the answer, it's an episode from Seinfeld in which Kramer takes George's future in-laws on a carriage ride through New York City so George can smuggle a marble rye back into the apartment that his parents took out following a dinner party. The horse's name is Rusty and Kramer feeds it 'Beef-a-reeno' which leads to a monumental case of gas. Naturally, the horse lets out that gas during the carriage ride and Kramer's heard yelling over and over 'RUSTY!' And ever since his rookie year, whenever he scored, I'd always yell, 'RUSTY' which then led to me post that scene pic every time he scores.

And now you know...the rest of the story.
