I thought Maatta had a really solid game last night.
He did. One dumb shot attempt at the end of a PP into someone's shin pads that led to a 2 on 1, but that was my only complaint

I don't like him on the power play. Seems too hesitant, but that's a coaching decision so I won't harp on him too much for it.

Game is looking more and more like soccer all the time.
That's one way to get slappy back into it, I guess.

Desmith looked much better in this SO than the previous one where he just sat back in the crease and let people shoot the puck by him.

Malkin and Crosby still don't have a decent shot between them in 3 attempts. I realize that sometimes the goalie shuts down what you were looking for, but they haven't come close to sniffing a goal.

Go figure, the 2 guys who they hadn't sent so far this year score.
