Cullen, Wilson, Sheahan, Grant, ZAR, and Rust are bringing nothing to the table. No goals, no energy, no defense, no fights, no playmaking. How can the organization sit there and watch this? I was OK with the Hagelin trade but at least he had an identifiable trait or specialized skill he brought to the table.

We are playing meaningful NHL games with 6 Craig Adams’ in our lineup right now.

I’m confident ZAR and Rust will contribute over time but the others....are empty sweaters. This situation where half our forwards are a black hole will not change unless a trade is made or WBS guys are given a chance to spark the team like Sherry, Kuhn, and Rust did a few years ago.

Wilson, Cullen, Grant, Sheahan....I thought the goal this season was to improve upon the days where our lineup was dragged down by the likes of Rowney, Kuhn, McKegg etc...

The fact the the answers to these questions is somewhat murky and not a slam dunk tells you all you need to know about our bottom 6 and roster construction right now.

Sprong should be in the lineup and Bluegar should be called up. Guys like Grant and Wilson aren’t going to give you any upside. And playing Cullen every single night just doesn’t make sense at his age
