In other good news Caps fans on HFBoards are already in full meltdown mode after the win last night. Tears, delicious tears.

I don't normally do this but went to some random Flyers board this morning just to scope things out. I picked a random page on their GDT and no kidding the first two posts on the page went as follows:

Post 1: "F***kin just hit that f***in Fa**ot"
Post 2: Chris Therien is a fa**ot with AIDS. That's why he's so skinny, he has AIDS"

Yeah, the '93 team was probably the best team we ever had...

Disqualifying a team because it has Brandon Sutter (who got us into the playoffs one year and scored after of our goals in the 2013 ECF the other year...not a big deal, seriously...not at all) is garage league...
It was tongue in cheek, mostly. But he was certainly inferior to the other 3C’s in question. and actually yeah...when the discussion is “best roster ever”, a guy who still hasn’t completed a forward pass at the NHL level does kinda disqualify you. No shame in it. But this is rarified air we’re talking about.
Don't need to complete passes if you can snipe, chummmmmmmmmmmmm-p...

troll mode switched off...my sincere description of him is that he has a good scoring touch, a great shot, and is obviously a very smart and responsible defensive player. but he doesn't involve his linemates in the play very well. below average, even. and teams that are serious about contending need more from their 3rd line than just one guy freestyling. his talent and his efficacy on a winning hockey team are not aligned. despite his performance against a weak columbus team in that one series.

Murray and Maatta were "expected" to miss practice, according to PensInsideScoop. I sure as hell hope that they're just maintenance days or precautionary. I can't recall a single instance of either of them so much as being bumped.

Bed time **** with the kids lasts from 7-8 every night. Without exception. Our dynasty overlapping with me having small children has been poor timing. Not to mention my kids are gonna grow up in the post-Crosby era. And considering where we live, if the flyers are good when we aren’t...things could go poorly.
I thought this was a Freddy post at first because surely a 1 hour bedtime routine must involve 6 or more kids.

Do you and your wife split the duties, or is it all for one and one for all?

I too worry that my kids will be missing the dynasty, but my 4 year old already knows Crosby by sight so he'll remember.
Bath + various negotiations to get things done + my son...who escapes his room unless you sit there and watch him for like 20 minutes. Things are complicated in the shmenguin residence.

I'm not immune to the crazy night time regimens. We usually take the kids up around 7:15 and if it's bath night it can go until 8.
