People around the league (Bylsma) can talk about some young player coming along and being better than Sid, blah blah.. but until you actually WIN something, you're not even close.This team showed some grit, teeth, and heart last night. That was encouraging. And damn, Sid is the greatest.
Forget the insane skill involved in that goal, and consider just how many times the game has come down to him and he's found a way to get it done. Additionally, he made a great initial shot; had Kinkaid beat. Came out, got in the face of Zajac, won the game on his next shift. Grit and leadership, time and time again.
