the 4th line is potentially ridiculous, too. with how sheahan has come on lately, i would be a little sad if his fate is centering rowney and reaves. so uh...give him sprong an ZAR instead then, eh?Makings of a ridiculous third line.

That makes a lot more sense then, basically a three way trade then. That cap relief is nice for next season.Ottawa supposedly retaining 18% salary on Brassard and will flip Cole by Monday.

I totally assumed this was going to be a @Dickie Dunn thread saying "**** Brassard" with the asterisks

Didnt give up Sprong, and that's what counts IMO.

Cap space in Pittsburgh works like an asymptote. No matter how close they get to it, THEY NEVER SEEM TO HIT IT

Or Kuhnhackl. Hoping that Simon can stick with Crosby, then you have sheary and guentzel to play tinker withthe 4th line is potentially ridiculous, too. with how sheahan has come on lately, i would be a little sad if his fate is centering rowney and reaves. so uh...give him sprong an ZAR instead then, eh?Makings of a ridiculous third line.

i actually don't even care at this point. i like everyone on this team, our wings seem portable and sully moves people around within the game all the time. there isn't really any combination of forwards, within reason, that i would be upset withOr Kuhnhackl. Especially since the center depth now is what it is. You could play anyone anywhere.

I think we are gonna still possibly move Sheary for a defenseman. Maybe I’m wrong, but it makes sense I think now especially considering how ZAR and even Simon have performed

I think the only problem with that is, you need a lower paid d-man for Sheary. And decent, lower paid dMen are hard to come by.I think we are gonna still possibly move Sheary for a defenseman.
