So I guess this game was on a national network? It was blacked out for me.

I use Unblock-us, but that didn't seem to work on the PC I wanted to use. So I go to the PS4, which didn't update the NHL app from last season...for some unknown reason. PS4 decided to update a bunch of system and game updates ahead of the NHL app.

I go back to the PC, remember that I have a static IP for torrenting on it, so the special DNS doesn't work right. Go to PC #2, open Chrome and get Adobe Flash errors and nag reminders to turn off my adblocker...what in the ****.

Close that ****, and go to Edge...where it works flawlessly. I came in on tail end of the replay of Cole's goal. I try to rewind to see the goal in real time, and a GMC ad starts playing...I can't close it or fast forward it. No wonder they want me to turn off the adblocker (which I don't use one on Edge. I don't use Edge on purpose, so I don't even have one for it). I am alone, in a quiet house, in front of the PC and flip it and the NHL the bird and shut it off.

What a bunch of bullshit.

One happy discovery, is that while using unblock-us, I checked Netflix UK and IASIP is still on there...and conveniently left off with the last episode I was able to watch last week. So I know what I'll be doing on vacay...

Do they pronounce it SEA-MOAN as well. Like, 9 times a shift? Serious question.

I think that's what was show on the NHLN feed (they usually do the home team's feed for national games). Did you watch it on Center Ice or NHLN? Neither feed worked for me until after the Unblock-us thing started working properly.

NHLN had a hot mic on one of the benches. In a seven second time frame, "mother ****", teamed well with "little cry baby", " next shift" and "I got you", many times over.

Jason Mackey: Would not trade Malkin. He should, and will, return a Penguin. Phil? Different story. I'd entertain it. If you got maximum return, I think you could move on knowing this experiment probably ran its course. And with Sprong coming up, you kind of have Phil Lite anyway.

Experiment? What do people think this guy is? He's a nice guy, he tries hard, he loves the game. This is a legitimate NHL star or semi-star...he's not some science project...he was integral part of two championships, probably ought to have been the Conn Smythe winner in 2016, if he scored one more goal in that Final, he probably takes it too...

Since we got him, he's 25th in the NHL in goals (64), 19th in points (166)...and at $6.8 mil per year, I'm not sure how many guys ahead of him cost less...I mean, Alexander Ovechkin has 7 more points than him over this time span, at what, 1.5x the cost...? And he has Nick Backstrom and Evgeni Kuznetsov as center, Kessel spent a lot of time with Nick Bonino...Carl Hagelin on the wing...

I know I'm wayyyyy Late on this but I finally decided I had to find out who this Mackey ding dong is (based on the PGH sports media thread) and these came up in my searches, and......what the f man. How is this person doing this professionally
