The inability to hold a lead is not new.
Whatever the cause, it appears to be and will be fatal.

Yeah, I miss Klinkhammer.

Was Despres ever that good at screening the goalie? I think not. Good trade. discuss.

The Sens looked like a team that's hungry. The Pens looked like an old bunch of goofs that were piss scared of blowing a 3 goal lead.

The Isles inexplicably lost as well.

Friday ought to be like a demolition derby.
Which sucks. Much rather face caps in first than Montreal or Rangers.
It doesn't matter who we face at this point. They need to hold on and get there just to avoid the embarrassment. Jettison as much deadweight on the ice, behind the bench, and upstairs as possible as soon as possible after the season.

Honestly this team deserves to miss the playoffs. For the good of the game of hockey, get a team that wants to be there in. Not a team that backs in on game 82 against the buffalo mcdavids.

If they play like they did in the 1st, they're just as good as anyone in the league.

The problem is, they never actually play like they did in the 1st for more than one period in any game.

I'm on the Sutter stinks train. A supposed third line center gets owned twice in a row by Turris with less than two remaining leading to the tying goal

Did everyone forget the Perron trade?
Well, to be fair, Perron has been making it kind of easy to do so.

Probably around 2 months ago when Perron disappeared.

I would not be surprised at all to see them go 0-2 to finish the season.

Do people still blame coaching? The same guy coached the first ten minutes as the last 50.

Need to move him for some younger wings even if they are a couple years away from being ready. Spaling can play just as mediocre for a million less.

I say Johnston needs to get out of this organization for his own good, before the stink sticks to him.
