Looked like a stoppable shot to me.

It was, it bored a hole right through him...I wonder if that's the secret spot on the rink where you need to shoot from to win that car that sits in the corner...

You know as well as I do that there's no way they'll ever be able to get that CR-V out of the arena. It's there for life.

Miss some scoring opportunities, lose momentum on the power play, give up a late soft one. Not a great period.

Keep pushing, shoot the puck, win the game.

Friendly reminder that the Islanders are a joke. They have an entire section of the arena dedicated to showing off a Honda rather than seating. Then again, $6 would've gotten you a ticket to tonight's game so apparently they don't need more seating.

Not a lot of supporting the puck going on, no layers to our attack. Thus, you get a lot of Tyler Kennedy shots. 45 footers to the chest. "Possession" drivers, but not actually useful...need to support the puck better...

First things first though, killing off an extended 5 on 3 against one of the league's worst power plays...
