Considering no one wanted McGinn for free this week I'd be inclined to agreeI think you would be paying up to have somebody take on McGinn most likely. I don’t see another roster player coming off.

Who else can they move cap-wise? Pettersson and Zucker have also already been mentioned as being floated out there.

There's no scenario where the Pens trade something of major value to Vancouver. Only player I'd want from them is elias pettersson. Miller's contract is absurd, and Garland can't even ride roller coasters he's so short/small.
