So with that in mind...Pettersson remains on the team, but is placed on LTIR all year.
And just to be clear - I think Pettersson is good enough to compete for a spot on this team, but that his cap hit is way too high compared to other players that can do his job.

I saw WBS in - I think February - and he was trash in that game. Was not playing center and was on the third line

Apparently he showed a lot of improvement in the second half of the season.

He looked more comfortable as a playmaker than downhill, power winger that scores goals...maybe he found his true self or whatever people say now...

He had two points in his last 10 games...
I don't know, I'll take a look when I get a chance and see what the end of his season looked like...
