I agree, which is why it would make zero sense for Minnesota to trade him while their in a fight for a playoff spot and he's been getting 14+ minutes a night lately.

I was checking the Trade Rumors and Free Agent Talk board on HF and see a hypothetical "Value of: Sidney Crosby."

Please, for me, reply with "Ryder, Halak + 2nd."

I know Ryder's retired and Halak's an Isle, but that shouldn't be a s***post deterrent.

Was Ryder, Halak, and a 2nd a newer version of Kraft, Laukkanen, and a pick?

I know that following the last cup win, I would reassure myself by pretending to be fully satisfied with the back to back titles. But now I have expectations again, and will be upset if they are eliminated.

I thought it was Mike Wilson but considering both were involved in the Kovalev to NYR trade, it's probably not likely.

if anybody is interesting in a 90 minute drive to Johnstown (hear me out), there's a Penguin alumni game in Johnstown next month.

Not sure how likely Mario is to play in this, but I'll be in the area anyways for Easter weekend so I'm taking my chances.

They keep showing "not many tickets left", but the VIP has been sold out since last night from what I heard. I kept refreshing thinking maybe they released a handful today and somebody didn't complete their order in time. It's 15 minutes after the official opening sale, why hasn't anybody posted them to Craigslist yet.

Isn't Plek a better player overall anyway? I suppose it's more of a 2nd/3rd for Tomas or a 5th/6th for Cullen if they're willing to part with him.

IMO, Cole is unquestionably the better defenseman and pairs nicely with Oleksiak. There's no way in hell he's re-signing for Hunwick money after the season, but I guess we'll worry about that when the time comes.
