I don't think Letang is going away anytime soon. Just can't get replacement value. It isn't so much as total worth, but what he is worth to the Pens, which is more than what he may be worth elsewhere.

Guessing that he hung back for defensive purposes in case something what did happen occurs and they don't have 3 guys caught up ice....which is exactly what happened with 20 seconds left.

There’s an understanding that you don’t make a third pass on plays like this. Zero one or two passes
