I guess...but is there no regular testing...? Is there a covid division...where it's ok to have it...?
I mean, we aren't getting him...but I don't immediately get it...

I think (though might be wrong because I've seen most of it in passing) that players traded across division need to go through a mandatory quarantine before being able to join their new team, and I think the quarantine is something like 8-10 days.
It's why Ian Cole was able to practice yesterday after being traded to MIN - they share a division with COL.

Same reason there is the taxi.Yands...? Why? He's in America. We're in America. What don't I know...? (It could be a lot, I have zero interest in the covid protocols that the league set out, didn't bother to even glance at them)

Ehhh. He came up big in the moments that mattered. That’s good goaltending in my bookI mean, DeSmih's hand was far from hot last game... Nice assist, but pretty horrid actual goaltending

Bad goals = bad game. I know he stopped a 2-on-0 and he settled in later...but if we're gonna give up chonk goals on the first shot, I'd rather just bring Fleury back...at least that was cheeky and fun...
Then again, I don't have confidence this is a regular full-time NHL goalie to begin with...so, the fact that he gets us any points is bonus land...

Our AHL goalie stopped four Caps in a shootout. And a 3-on-0. What more do you want from him?

Stopping more shots so that it doesn't come down to that?

Not to give up three first period goals and put us down by two twice, if we're taking requests...

While that statement is true...you have broken like a 48 hour streak of strong points, of which, I have agreed with all of them...you should re-consider your thoughts on CDS...
Or, you can choose accept this mission: Go to Ned, say these words, "Klaatu barada nikto" ...then hit him with a hammer and drag him to Pittsburgh, and then we can put CDS in a taxi...

Vatanen signed two weeks ago for $2 million. What I would have liked him over Ceci, but it was probably difficult to know at the time. I wonder if they thought Matheson would fill the PMD role and Vatanen was unnecessary/too expensive...

I don't know what they were thinking when they made that trade. Maybe GMJR sees himself as some sort of reclamation project genius ever since he struck gold with Bonino and Schultz. If you're going to have one of the most expensive groups of dmen in the league it better be worth it.

It's frustrating, because he has the skill set needed to be a highly effective player at this level. He just....isn't.I forgot about Ceci already...
