Geno's decline isn't in the way of points per game or even skill level. It's the fact that he's breaking down physically. He's too injury prone to be counted upon as one of your big guns. Letang... not so much. He is as good now as he's ever been IMO.

Malkin, at a big discount, I'd consider. But someone will take a chance that he'll stay healthy and they'll pay him.

What’s the money? You paying Letang more than he makes now?

I don’t know if I would, but he’s the one I’d think hardest about.

Malkin? The back half of the year and a bad playoffs leaves a sour taste in my mouth if he’s asking even near what he made this year.
