I bought an autographed Dumo jersey...wish it wasn't auto'd but oh well...it was a coin flip between him and Sutter. But I already have a Sutter jersey tee...plus, Dumo is a load-bearing beam on chip teams...

Are these real jerseys that the players wear?

I'm almost wondering if it would be worth it to buy a locker tag and reach out to the player on Twitter to see if they'd sign it if I mailed it...

No, these are replicas. Are these real jerseys that the players wear?

His 2016-2017 highlight reel is exactly half as long.

Yeah that's what I was thinking...it looks like I'd have to go clean an animal up at an oil spill if I had that logo on a t-shirt somewhere...

Early 90s Canucks vibe.

Zoo logo sounds about right.

He looks like he knows what he is doing. Look good, play good. Does that work in front office positions?

Too soon for 2019 and 2020 really...and our picks from 2018 are gone, but we'll see how they end up doing, too soon there...
2017
Lauzon - got hurt, but he wasn't even productive in the Q. Not even close.
Phillips - Junior in college who isn't anything...
Drozg - Playing in the cheese because he's not productive in the AHL...he better crush in that Alps League to have any hope...
Olund - Nothing
Palojarvi - -28 in his last 32 games in Finland's second-tier league...
Reilly - Maybe...? I don't know him.
Then our Euro picks from before, which he had his fingerprints on...
Gustavsson (2016) - TBD, not that he's ours (no fault of Allvin, of course)
Almari (2016) - I can't see this working out
Simon (2015) - Very good pick
Kapanen (2014) - Meh. Pick suggests that he had Kapanen over Adrian Kempe and David Pastrnak...
Very unimaginative picks: Caulfield (2019), Ansons (2020), Yoder (2020) do not give me a lot of hope...
Drafting is easy in retrospect, of course...but I don't know, we keep promoting this guy and I'm not sure how great it has really been for us...

He's the guy that told Rutherford that it was okay to trade the #31 for the #51 because the guy that they were going to pick at #31 would still be available at #51.

That I have no problem with...that's a very common occurrence...
But you have to pick someone talented at your pick...that's the "gotcha" about the whole process...we draft a ton of bottom six players and defensive defensemen...but they're so easy to acquire as even undrafted free agents, much less in UFAgency...like our 3C, twice-baked Evan Rodrigues once removed...

Bjorkqvist and Puustinen both with good starts in Liiga. Hopefully that continues and one of them pans out...

I missed this tweet the first time around, but this somewhat puts an urban legend to rest.
Yes, it happened.
No, 66 wasn't the recipient.
Not sure if that was his final straw that caused his trade.

The story was always something like Tibbetts launched a burger at someone on the plane just as Mario was getting on or getting up and it like ruined a suit that was worth more than Tibbetts's life and he was never seen again...I think he got sent down that night and then traded to like Philly or something...
