I'm praying that its just Mackey being a hack. Kunitz doesn't fit anywhere in this lineup and yes, the Sid factor is always going to be an issue. The unintelligent mouth breathers that make up the social media using faction of this fanbase seems to have had their pants tighten or moisten at the mere mention of Kunitz's name. Seeing a lot of jamokes stating that he would be an upgrade over Kuhnhackl, even on the PK. In 9ish seasons with the Penguins Kunitz totaled 158:17 of PK time and was used sparingly by the Bolts in that role to just get his old, decrepit ass some ass time. In Kuhnhackl's illustrious 168 game NHL career he's totaled 289:46 of PK time. These people are so stupid they should manage the Pirates.I don't like the Kunitz rumor. It'll take one bad game from Sid to have him clamoring for Kunitz back on his wing.
One of the other hack media members was floating the Penguins interest in Jeff Skinner. I like Skinner and would love to add him to this lineup, but I don't see how that contract fits nor do I really want to think what it would take to acquire him.
