Jack Edwards is trash for his homerism...but when he's not being a ******, he calls an exciting game actually...I know it's tough to look around a big chunk of his schtick...but he's actually a good pxp man stuffed into a homer's body...

His Bostonian accent is extremely grating on the ears

Agree with both you and MR. I actually enjoy him when he sticks to hockey, but the Bostonian accent is offensive.

He would be fine if the bruins weren’t involved. He would probably be Doc’s backup for national broadcasts if he wasn’t such a goofball, unstable, homer dipstick.

It's actually more of a mix between Bostonian and Downeaster.

I just went through the old Neal for Hornqvist trade thread on lgp... I came away with 2 things:

1. Dang... I know what I am talking about most of the time. Even got Neal and Hornqvist scoring projections nearly exactly right.

2. Dang... I am an @$$hole. Sitting here reading stuff that I posted and thinking, "Ug, I'm such a d!#k..."

Was it Sumo Digest? That's the show I remember watching. It would usually be on around 1:00 a.m. or so. Watching those shows back in the day is how I became a sumo fan.

Until yesterday, I did not know that I owned a Vegas gold Pens jersey. I found an autographed Jagr Vegas gold jersey in my closet (yeah, I know he never played in one).

Which one is that? This looks like a 2007-2008 jersey, with the robopen on the shoulder.

Edit: Nevermind, I didn't realize that they had them in 00-01, as well. That's probably it.
