The defense wasn't the issue so I'm not sure I see the benefit in letting Martin and Gonch go...

Unless GMJR was expecting them to put lipstick on the **** pile that is Jack Johnson.
Didn't you hear? Johnson was fine. Schultz was the problem.

This. I think this is a mistake...maybe we can improve with a new voice...but I don't like this, knowing what Martin and Sarge have done here...

I don't think he did. Gonchar was brought in as an adviser then took a full-time. Martin came here in 2013. Recchi replaced Tocchet from within.
