Simon drives me crazy. 3 goals in the past 20 games.

unless Bleuger gains some traction
Can't happen. Not enough veteranosity to play.
Sheary, Rust, Wilson, Guentzel and Kuhn. Pretty key components to the cup runs, I’d say. Not veterans (though I still know very little about Wilson. Not even sure he existed).

This weird thing Sully is doing is new. It seems like he’s desperate for predictable players. While forgetting that he might be unemployed by now if he leaned on this preference in 16/17. Back in 16 he just put hot players in hot positions. Horny or Hags is having a down week? Line 4. Sheary showing some spunk? Give him an extended stay with Sid. He went with the flow and gave guys honest chances. Last night seemed to harken back to those old days. But now our lineup can’t support it.

These days he just seems to be in love with his point of view. Seems like he wants to be in charge of things more and more, so his grip tightens. Less room for learning about his team. If you aren’t playing like Simon (who I like) - you’re toast. Try again next week.

But really...we dressed 2 Craig Adams clones over Sprong. There’s just no earthly reason for this to happen other than a managerial team who is lost.
Here's the roster from WBS the year Sully was the coach down there:
http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/leag ... 02016.html

Looks like a lot of familiar names. I think the year that he trusted the young guys was the outlier, not the years that he hasn't. He trusted them then because he knew them.

According to Facebook the defense will be better now, so bullet dodged.

Beetle was recalled from WBS on January 6th and hasn't played a game since. I can't see him being able to handle much more than 12 minutes at this point.

Schultz has practiced a few times with a normal jersey on, so I assume it's just a 'game shape' thing at this point. I expect him to play in the next game or two.

"out indefinitely" screams shoulder surgery to me and they won't know how bad it is until they get in there to fix it.

He’s not considered a repeat offender, there was no injury on the play, and there was a major penalty called on the ice. 1 game is spot on.

I’m cool with that logic when it is borderline hits. Being completely out of control with your stick does not fall into that logic
