I agree completely, but they do have some value. This team needs guys who can shoot, and they're dead in the water if they don't acquire a few. The Pens sat on their asses for 10 years promising to do something but really just swam in parking lot money. Then they were forced to do something. That became the new FNB building in the civic arena lot. Supposedly there will be retail and restaurants in the ground floor…does anyone have any idea what happened to the ancillary development that was supposed to have accompanied the new building or was that never set in stone?
