The biggest issue is no reliable backup. I mean I know if Jarry goes down we are boned anyways, but just to have someone better than CDS would be nice.

I am not a huge fan of the Granlund trade, but he can play in the top six if needed. He is signed for two more years whick could either be great or a catastrophe.

The other trades are quite good for us, I think.

I still don't see us surviving the first round unless Jarry plays. The contenders in the east really broke their banks to improve. So, I still believe that we should have done like the craps if Dumo or Zucker could have yielded good returns...

Even that depends on which version of Jarry shows up.

Here is what you do: you sign him for 3 to 5 years at a reasonable price and then you **** get a NHL calibre backup.
