Anyone get tickets to the opener today? I failed, but got tickets against Detroit on 12/3.

Tickets to the opener are currently 160 for SRO on StubHub. Yeah, those prices will be going down.

Nope, but I tried.

It appeared as though - prior to 10am - that the game was already 100% sold out. I checked other games to see if perhaps they just wouldn't release extra seats until at the public sale at 10am, but other games did in fact show empty seats available for sale PRIOR to 10am...obviously just couldn't purchase them yet.

Really lame. Not even SRO.

Did you buy them on a re-sale site? It doesn't look like the Flyers are offering single game tickets yet.

Yeah, found 2 on Stubhub second row up top behind the net the Pens shoot twice for $75 each. I asked the Flyers directly when single games go on sale and received no response.

$40 for my 2 pre-season games. That's grand total for both games. 231, Row G, 13/14. OBO

(Didn't see a ticket selling thread)

Season tickets arrived yesterday, and they are cool. Each ticket has a player or historic event from the past 50 years on it.

And the tickets for the game against the Maple Leafs - player on the ticket is Phil the Thrill. Coincidence? I think not!

Phil vs Toronto and Jagr is on a ticket vs NYR. I see what they did there.

Was sad to see The Great Dick Tarnstrom didn't get a ticket.

I know the cards are convenient, but then you miss out on the cool stuff like the ticket design. I don't think it's fair you didn't get a choice. The Pens could have bent the policy for the 50th anniversary.

All I've seen is the team tweeting this is a league event and they have no information on tickets yet.

Someone needs to make a shadow box/frame for this and they'll probably be able to sell a few...

With Ian Cole driving for Fed-Ex, I can see how some deliveries got delayed.
