I've always wondered what it felt like for the guys who had their names stamped onto the Cup, but effectively had little or nothing to do with the team winning it.

honestly probably still worth it. Unless Bennett turns his career around its probably the highlight of his playing days to have been a little part of a stanley cup champion.

For guys like Daley, i think its stink they couldn't actually win it but they were a big part of getting to that part

Bennett spent the entire season in Pittsburgh. There's zero chance that he's on the bubble but Wilson is a probable.

Correct. He spent the entire season in Pittsburgh whereas Scott Wilson spent almost half the season in northeast Pennsylvania.
