I think POJ is probably too weak to be our fastest skater. Even if he's the mobile...which may or may not be true. I think it might DOC at this point, to be honest...
Don't they actually have speed stats now? Not sure if max speed recorded in a game is the real answer you're looking for, but it should be close.
They have some ****, but they don't display everything.

NHL EDGE stats only shows top 10 skating speeds, for instance, and there not a Pen among them.

Yeah their site sucks. I'm gonna look at a few individual pages and circle back

I think they need to work on getting those sensors calibrated because there is no way that's right.

Damn, DOC is right there.

The thing with him is that he's starting to play the game with pace but meaningfully. Anyone can skate fast, but can you play fast? He's starting to be able to do both. He's had a real nice year so far imo

Yeah, he's slow af these days. He's also trying to stay above the puck a lot more...this is probably his (Malkin) best defensive year ever or certainly since Therrien was here...
