There was a long debate a while ago on the old board about that minor league goalie that threw the cage off its moorings to stop a breakaway. I recall it didn't draw a penalty, and I believe @mikey thought it was okay. I could be wrong on the last bit.
I don't think mikey would think that is ok.

Someone was rallying hard that since it was within the rules it was a smart, heads up play. Might not have been him.

I saw that goal coming as soon as the puck passed the blue line. Inevitable.
