I think we out played them that first period... they just had much better scoring chances.
sadly, that's been the story for the last 5 or so games.

I don't know what you can ask differently. We're just not getting the bounces.

though, Comeau's terrible PP penalty could've helped a little

It's not like the power play is much of a threat these days.

If you throw out the month of October the Pens' power play is clicking at 15.6% which would put them in the bottom five. Even if you throw out every other team's best month I'm still pretty sure that this power play isn't matching the level of talent it has (not counting Kunitz) and would be near the bottom.

I don't know man, I'm still bewildered that Tocchet is still employed.

I guess it's why I am not a NHL GM, but our PP has been a punchline for a while with some of the best players in the league playing on it.
