Happy/lucky to be tied. CBJ is a huge counerpunch team. I'd be happy to get the lead back in the 3rd and make them have to come back again. If CBJ scores first, I don't feel so good.

Overall, pretty good, though, minus the power gaffes.

Thing is that the issue I've had with Pens for a while is that we can look good most of the game, then boom boom boom, and we're down. Just like this. I want a full 60 minute effort from these guys, where they pay attention to details because sometimes it feels like their head goes up in the clouds for just a moment and then it happens.

Yes, complacent.

Then, on top of that, you have to respond. This happens to all teams, all-time...the game is very fluid, this kinda thing happens...it's how you respond...over the course of this season, the Pens response to this is to get sad and eat a carton of ice cream...if Crosby is flipping the proverbial switch, maybe the team overall will join him...we'll get another look at how this team does with adversity, on the road, having just regurgitated a two-goal lead late in a period via aloof clumsiness...hopefully we see some teeth here in the next 20...

How many 60 minute effors have the pens given since winning the cup? 20? Maybe 30? Its not going to happen every night, but it would be nice to see it on a weekly basis. Id settle for twice a month really. That would be progress.

Not the refs fault this team sucks but some consistency in how they apply the rules to both teams would be nice.
