Sounded like you were pushing me. You know I like you and I don't want to argue.
Shoulda pointed out from the start that you were commenting on the Pens, not the Blue Jackets, Sarcastic. The way you wrote it (and now that you clarified, I understand it), it made it sound like the Blue Jackets are an easy win, and the fact that they're 9-1 (beating the Hawks, Blues, etc) mean nothing because of them being 11th place.

All we had to do was play smart and stay up 2-0 after two periods and Perrons dumb idea to dangle at the blue line totally changed this game

Good first 15 minutes... then Perron's giveaway (with the Blue Jackets already pushing) caused a massive shift in momentum, and the Blue Jackets took advantage.

Pretty good for most of the period...then you get a little complacent, maybe a little comfortable because of the ease of the exits so far, the ease of coming through the NZ with speed...and you lose your attention to detail for one second and you (Perron, in this case) singlehandedly ignite a rally...we've done a really good job in this game overall, but we don't have an eight goal lead...we had a two-goal lead, and it just evaporated because of a lack of attention to detail...

Perron and those guys all know that's on him, I expect he'll be charged up in the 3rd to make it right...

Thing is that the issue I've had with Pens for a while is that we can look good most of the game, then boom boom boom, and we're down. Just like this. I want a full 60 minute effort from these guys, where they pay attention to details because sometimes it feels like their head goes up in the clouds for just a moment and then it happens.
