Though he plays like a gigantic bag of pussies, he'd conceivably be a 4th line center upgrade of the likes of Agozzino, Angello, Blandisi, Di Pauli, Johnson (forgot he existed), etc.

So the top six is pretty much set with Crosby, Simon, Zucker, Malkin, Rust, McCann. And the bottom six wingers are interchangeable, more or less?

Edit. Not sure if Simon is a 2020 answer for that top line.

Bump McCann up to first and Kahun to line #2.

I think Simon Bjugstad and Hornqvist were a good group last year minus not scoring a ton, but they didn't give up a lot either. If my memory is correct.

I think that Simon could be forced out of that role when **** gets real. And in that case, would he be able to fill a bottom line role?

There is no timetable for his return to the lineup.

Both sound too expensive. There's talk of a Wild-Panthers trade involving Brodin and Trocheck.
