We just swapped out like 60% of our roster over the past year. PP still stinks and the team is still boring to watch and can't generate any offense. A new system/style will need to be installed before we get an idea of what this team is capable of (as currently constructed).

This roster has just about everything required to be successful. Star players, snipers, grinders, some speed, some size, puck moving D, elite goalie, etc. Of course we are missing a stay at home physical Dman/top 4 D but for the most part the pieces are here.

I still feel like a coaching change is the only thing that will jump start the team.
