I had both those numbers and with 2:45 left, I thought I was golden. A couple of runs, get the first down, and then kneel it down for both wins. Instead, there's the illegal shift and then the INEXPLICABLE decision to thrown on 2nd and 14. I was hoping that Dallas would get a FG at best on that drive just so the defense had bigger incentive to hold Seattle. Now, with a 10-point lead, it's not as imperative and we saw that with the corner just giving Lockett the middle of the field and then poor coverage on the 4th down that led to the TD. The 2-point conversion was just the icing on the cake. That sent me into a flying rage.

One of my friends sent me a tweet that someone at Monmouth Park thru William Hill bet $275,000 on Dallas -2.5. Bad break if true.

Took Clemson -5.5. Sucks that I didn’t get them at 6 (covers overtime) but oh well

Had a Chargers/Colts/Seahawks/Bears money line parlay this weekend. Thank God the Seahawks lost because I would have lost it on that FG tonight

You can still lose by 7 in college OT. #newbie

do they kick extra points in OT?

I'll admit I watch 1-2 college games a year (Nat'l championship and one of the semis) so I know I don't know ****. I was just going off what someone said either on the TK show or Bill Simmons' podcast

If the game ends after the 1st or 2nd OT, then yeah they could, if the team that scores first kicks the PAT and stops the other team from scoring. I think after 2OT you're required to go for 2.

yea 2 point conversions from 3rd OT on. Also, if you go for 2 in the first two OTs, you can still cover a 6 point spread ;)

Technically, you could win a college football game in OT by 14 points (you get ball first, score a TD + the 2, and then go pick-6 on your defensive possession....rare, but I know it has happened once). But there are numerous occasions where teams win by 7 in OT. However, if you're getting more than 3 1/2 and the game goes to OT, you're in a pretty good shape.

In the NFL, I guess you could win by 9 now, technically...

Won so far on Pats -4 and Chiefs -5 and lost Cowboys +7. Eagles covering the +8 would make me happy

The only down side was I went with Kase two or more goals instead of Gibson shutout...after I placed the bet, I knew I screwed up...but there's a weekend's worth of drinking on the Ducks, thank you...

There are articles saying the Rams are opening as a point favorite but Bookmaker (what I use) has the Pats at -1.5

I'm guessing that means I'm getting great value on the Rams?

Edit: -2 now
