Hmm, nearly pulled off a major undeserved upset last night...lost by less than two points, had Amendola...if he had been allowed to continue running on the inadvertent whistle play, might have had it...but it's been one of those years...

2nd most points in one league, most against; most points in another league; most against. 3-8 and 5-6, respectively...

My opponent had Amendola and I won by 10 in a must win game to stay alive a game back of the final playoff spot. Had that counted thats about a 13 point play so I would have lost. In another league both the 1-9 team, and 0-10 team pulled out wins against teams directly in front of me. While Thomas Rolls basically won me two games, I faced him in another, but didnt drop out of 2nd just yet

The first round of drafts has been a fantasy wasteland. So many long term injuries and busts. AP, AB, and Julio are about the only ones that are returning first round value.
I hate Peyton Manning. Took DT from a top 5 guy to a top 15 guy.

Of course he probably won't be as good next year at 29 and coming off his second torn ACL, bold call there. The crux of the argument was you calling him overrated and flat out ignoring every stat that indicates he is one of the best backs of his generation and one of the most electrifying runners in league history.

But I look forward to you making vague posts saying "efficient" next year when he's only rushing for 4.5 YPC instead of his usual 5-6 as if that somehow proves he was less amazing in 2009-2014.
If you're using cumulative career stats to pick your fantasy team, best of luck to you. As a first overall pick this year I thought he was over rated. And he had a season ending old man injury, blew out his knee while untouched in the backfield. I think he's over rated as a first round pick next year. Take him if you want, I don't care, but his numbers go down every year as with almost every RB in the history of the league.

He was efficient. Wonderful. Was.

Didn't Manning take him from a "big WR with potential" to a top 5 WR in the first place...?

Seems like the decline of 39 year old Peyton Manning, to whatever degree, was imminent...

I drafted absolutely zero Broncos this year...and I'm Peyton Manning's biggest fan...

Like dodint said, if you're using career stats to make projections on players, you're gonna be in hot soup a lot...you have to project what will happen next...trade guys a year early, not a year late...all about anticipation...

I don't disagree with your first paragraph. It is your EPP-like insistence where days, weeks, months after the discussion you try to beat a dead horse that you didn't even kill that is tiresome.

What an axe to grind. He's been one of the best backs in fantasy period. Injuries can't be predicted and often times ACLs do happen with no contact. If you're going to bang your drum because a player got injured you're not going to enjoy this game very much.

This week was pretty good for me in terms of injuries and me getting the replacements.

Haha, in one league my starting lineup this week is going to be: Hoyer, Stevie Johnson, Jeffrey, Rawls, Chris Johnson, Jimmy Graham, Buck Allen and then McManus and the St. Louis D. The only three that I drafted are Jeffrey, McManus and St. Louis...all the others are from trades or free agency

LOL so good. In my big money league I'm 1 game back of a playoff spot and playing the worst team this week. I knew Zach Ertz wasn't playing but forgot to switch him out for Gary Barnidge. I texted our group chat that it was no big deal, "I'm playing Pat this week anyway." In the 25 minutes since I made that remark, Calvin Johnson has 3TDs for ol Pat.

Some clarity on C. West would be nice KC.

This **** LGP league man. Last week, projected to win by 40 and lost. This week, I was projected to win by 51 points going into the 1PM games, and that has already dwindled to 20. Drew Brees with four fantasy points against the **** Texans, Gurley turning in a complete dud. And of course Derek Carr is having a great day on my bench.

If Graham is done for the season, 3 of my first 4 picks in one league this year will all have had season ending injuries (Charles, Graham and Romo)

The other one is Sanders who I traded for Charchandrick West

If Gronk is out for the season, I lost the TE in all three of my leagues today with Graham dying too

It's so tempting taking a year off from fantasy.

Damn. LGP league I lose by 3 to fall out of the that 2nd bye and big money league the team in front of me wins by .3 which puts me in a head to head for the last playoff spot next week. Not that I have a prayer with Edleman going down and McCown getting hurt last night, that basically takes 15, maybe 20 points away from Barnidge and I have that Shaun Draun or whatever the hell his name is from San Fran as my Rb2. So basically I'm just staring down another lower round pick in the draft.

I'm the Peyton Manning of fantasy this year. I really should've quit this summer when I didn't feel like I had anything left.

Also, I learned that the Waiver holds start on Sunday, which is pretty arbitrary since there were three games on Thursday. Had a WR out for SNF and couldn't pick anyone up because all the FA's were on waiver until Wednesday. You'd think they'd go into Waiver status at the beginning of the individual players game.

In my 12 team league, we are about to enter the last week of the season. The first place team is 8-4, and following that team is 9 teams that are 6-6. The other 2 teams are 5-7, this is by far the closest league I have ever seen.

Ah, cool. I'm in 5th in my league, scored 100pts more than the guy in 4th. Can't make the playoffs though. Yay.

I'm going o be annoyed as hell if Charcandrick West is put in a RBBC in KC. I need him, he's like my only healthy player left.

Would you go Stafford tonight or Eli Sunday? I need high ceiling - chasing a points wildcard.

Jets defense is certainly a lot scarier, especially considering the state of the Giants o-line. I'm rolling with Stafford tonight
