It was the right play...I switched it at 12:45 too...the o/u was falling on Atl/Car down to 42. The o/u for TB/NO was rising, all the way to like 54.5. Winston, outside of a game he couldn't finish, is actually having a good year on a per-game basis (at least compared to Scam). Sucks...

Mariota has a nice schedule the rest of the way and I have Rishard Matthews, who I actually like...

The deal I made was:

Odell Beckham (keep-able for $40 next year)
Scan Newton (keep-able for $28 next year, lol, no chance)

for

Antonio Brown (with $25 salary retained for this year...not keep-able)
Marcus Mariota (keep-able for $6 next year)

The other guy has the right to swap Mariota for Scam back with me in the offseason. If he exercises that right, I get the right to first refusal on Martavis Bryant (keep-able for $6 next year).

I really didn't plan on keeping OBJ, I'm done with him. I drafted him for $5 as a rookie (draft talent...win), so I'm loading up for 'chip now. So AB helps that immensely. Last year, I lost on the Golden Taint screen pass reception on the last play of the Dallas/Detroit night game in 42-21 game lololol). So I gave up nothing of note in my eyes and added the best WR and a startable QB (I think he becomes a streaming option the rest of the way).

- Self-proclaimed 11-time GM of the year.

Why do have so many QBs and Defenses?

I never usually do. Normally I roster one of each. But none of them have been particularly good (to be fair, I just added two defenses over the last two weeks for scheduling purposes...Detroit's schedule the rest of the way is 21-36, averaging 18.3 points per game. Only two teams avg 20+ [Min, who they play on a Thursday and Bal]).

But normally I have a diesel QB, didn't work out that way this year, so I gotta stream...

In a rare non-bust Thursday situation, I netted 102 points from last night's game...despite Walker dropping an easy score and Mariota throwing 20 picks...sets me up nicely for when football is actually supposed to be played...

Traded Scam, Winston probably shelved for the year, so it's Mariota or Tyrod Taylor...I'll likely add Brissett as depth...

Kamara saved my season yesterday with that late touchdown. He is gifted player. Pissed off I only picked him up in one of my leagues instead of all 3

141 points for me this week...good enough for 20+ points more than everyone else in the league except for whom I was playing...who had Julio Jones...bleh, oh well...

A team with L.Bell, K.Hunt; OBJ/AB, Hilton, Cooks, Gronk is only 7-5 but I think I lead the league in points for...also note I didn't list a QB as I don't have one...but still...

Kamara is diesel though...I had Hunt and Kamara pretty high on my rookie list...plus Mixon...didn't care much for Dalvin Cook...passed on Cook/Fournette/McCaffrey in my league in exchange for the cheaper Mixon/Hunt combo...lost Kamara to a Saints fan...lost out on Perine due to roster space...

Alright
@mikey

Looks like sterling Shepard is out today. Both of my flex guys are RB. Who do I start at WR? Options are desean Jackson, Rishard Matthews, or pick up marquee Goodwin off waivers...

And TE I can't decide between engram or graham...

My league has a pool for the most points scored in the reg season. I ended up missing that by a grand total of 8 points, thanks to performances from Drake and Bell this weekend. On top of that, I missed the playoffs at 6-8, despite having such a high point total. I've never thought this seriously about quitting fantasy football. It's become a source of stress rather than fun for me.

Haha I just sneaked into the playoffs thanks to both of the bottom teams upsetting the teams I was a game behind on the last week...the teams were combined to have five wins all year, they were starting all kinds of losers (Mike Davis stuck out as one) and they both rose up to help me - the league's leading point getter - get into the playoffs....

I suffered 2 season ending injuries before halftime of week 1. Scrapped by with Buck Allen as my RB1 for a considerable amount of time. Still ended up missing a bye because I sat Alex Smith 10 minutes before he put up 50 pts last week.

Had my highest point total all year in the playoff game and still lost by 20. Made every right call (Both RBs, and WRs put up >25) except Amari Cooper with a giant 0, and my opponent rode the wave of the Titans defense and Michael Thomas on thursday. So damn bitter.

On the bright side I locked up the 7th pick in the draft. So i'll be picking right in the middle of every single round :thumb:

Same here. I thought I would be eliminated by tie-break. I thought total points was the tie breaker but it must be head to head wins or something. I'll have to check later.

Despite Antonio Brown hurting himself while dropping a TD, I won like 162-107 or something to move to the championship game. So the top two teams in terms of championships amassed in our 11(?) year league will faceoff...

AB will swap out and I guess either T.Y. Hilton or Rishard Matthews will swap in...

Always go with talent...Ben and Winston. I'm playing Winston in a championship scenario...

Unless the rest of your team is diesel and you just need a "guaranteed" floor of 10 or 12 points or whatever, then go with Foles...but if you're trying to go balls deep, play the talent...Drama Ben and Famous Jameis...

Despite just waddling to a lame 101 points (after a 162 spot to sneak into the playoffs with help and a 178 bomb in the first round), I was able to eek out another championship 101-84 In an ugly final...

My three WRs had no catches at halftime of their games...of the 6 WRs in the championship game, there were 0 TDs combined...won it ugly, and without AB and OBJ (and benching T.Y. Hilton for the entire playoffs) among others, but got the job done...

I think finishing third with a team I didn't draft is pretty good. The commish didn't even make the playoffs, sucker.
