MLB

One of the local Fan hosts on the weekend (Josh Taylor??) had a good point. He said players are smarter now. They don't swing at the junk pitches, they wait for a pitch to drive. Pitchers want strikeouts, so they don't give the hitters anything to put into play (no more ground Chuck). Combine that ...

I think baseball as a sport is going to take a hard hit if they don’t figure this **** out soon I agree. Baseball is on thin ice anyway because people are more and more annoyed that even a regular season game takes 3+ hours to complete. MLB needs to wake up. Gen X (my generation) and younger have p...

lol Trump upping escalation to Holocaust makes me think he doesn't understand what that phrase means, and was just told to be harder against Putin because it is affecting his projections.

Dupuis prefers bags over boxes for some reason... I had a cat that preferred plastic bags. I think she liked the rustling. unfortunately she also like to chew on them. I read somewhere that some cats like to eat them because there's animal gelatin in the plastic. the worst part was when they would....

they'd have been smarter to schedule this sometime between 3/31 and 4/4. Pittsburgh is hosting Girls Tier 1 and "senior" (not kids) women's USA Hockey Nationals.
that would've been guaranteed $$$

sorry but I've never had a sneezy cat. I did use that "litter" though when my cat had an anal fistula though. I wouldn't use it normally but for special circumstances, it works good.

The Chicks latest album...is not great. Lots of ire directed to Adrian Pasdar, Natalie Maines' ex-husband. I do like their older stuff for what it is.
yeah, I heard a few songs and was like, "someone's bitter...."
I'm very much looking forward to hearing Sin Wagon live.

Willing to bet that COVID isn't the only communicable disease John Mayer is currently battling.
very likely. I knew that dude back in the 90s when he was a local (Decatur, GA) singer-songwriter working the door at my favorite club. very weird that he's a superstar now. same for Sugarland.

I stretch every night before bed. every. night.
I follow my own 15 minute routine though. a few years ago I started having hip pain just getting up from the couch and was like, "**** no. we're not doing this." so I started stretching every night with an emphasis on hips and legs. no more hip pain.

I religiously do warmups and cool downs but not to pad my ride count. most classes have a hefty warm up but I use the warm up classes to make sure everything is hooked up and working correctly, especially if I'm doing a live ride. if I had an actual Peloton I likely wouldn't need this. for cool down...

Did my first "real" ride this morning. 7:30am hip hop ride with Ally Love. Clipped in fine, started fine, but like 5 minutes in...the seat fell to the lowest setting. Must not have had it tightened enough. the few times I've ridden a "real" Peloton this has driven me crazy. I guess you can't have i...
