Lots of tall people here. I'm 6'1" and notice anyone taller than me more so than someone shorter than me. My ex was 5'2" and my son is 5'7", daughter A is 5'3" and daughter B is, I think, 6'0" (I'm afraid to ask anymore as she doesn't like being tall).

MWB has the right take. I enjoy manuals as long as I’m not sitting in traffic every day. If you have one long enough, there’s no thought to the process, it becomes second nature.

Also, if you never learned to drive a manual then you don't have any experience to form an opinion between the two. I grew up on a farm driving the farm truck around… of course I can drive a stick… but times change and I don’t want to drive one now. You associate it with unfun work. I get it.
