It's good but I'm not sure I'm a fan of the real-time pacing. Take the elderly patient story, in under two hours he came in, they tried all less invasive treatments, and now they're intubating him in 90 minutes? The idea that the siblings had any real time to mull over the moral dilemma is wiped out...
