Pens're stacking the WBS with fringe NHLers. I actually like it. Will allow players like Ethan Prow & Lukas Bengtsson time to both grow and also learn alongside folks who have played in the big league & know what it's like... and if they don't work out, WBS is still gonna be pretty strong defensively.

Mods: Can we add David Warsofsky to this as well. One year deal for him too.
