I thought I landed more strikes you know, I had more control time… you know, I finished stronger than him, you know, punched him on his back, you know, taking the will out of him but, you know, it isn’t just this one fight [it’s] my whole career. You know, I’ve had to battle against the debt being ...

So now instead of your wheelbarrow's weight being determined by two large wooden arms, it is borne by two small metal flanges around the pivot bolts. I'm sure having the handles move around all the time is perfectly controllable when the thing is full/heavy and on an uneven surface, too.

Colby Covington (MMA), Justin Waller, Patrick Bet-David, Bo Loudon. Waller - who, if I had to guess, is Vest Guy - is a business partner of Andrew Tate. The story I saw labelled Loudon an "influencer" (their quotes)

The National Weather Service uses its communication network to send out emergency bulletins related to quakes and tsunamis, so maybe you should write a citation-laden letter to them about the impropriety of consolidating discussions of natural phenomena.

When I first looked at at this on my phone I didn't see the picture full-size, and couldn't see the little yellow blotch. So I was like "Is Bhutan actually on this map?" Cost that would've been awkward.

'Smug' is such a strong word. A couple years ago we had two of about that magnitude hit on consecutive days at around the same time of day. The water in the pool sloshed around, stuff fell over on shelves. It has only been as we were preparing for the bathroom reno that we realized it caused several...

That’s just far too close for comfort sans a cage. The only thing noteworthy about that video is the technology now exists to capture those encounters without much effort. The guy has posted150 videos just like this in 2 yrs. Happens all the time, people are blissfully unaware. I'm more put off by ...

Drove on the streets of the Long Beach GP track for giggles. The barriers should've been mostly built up by now, the race is in a couple weeks. I think after next weekend they'll close it off to through traffic, so good timing there. Haven't been back since the last Champ Car race. We did the behin...

Exactly. Forget screwing over Biden, this has always been Bibi’s dream, and nobody appears to be willing to stop him. Much like the US after 9/11. Everyone pittied us and felt solidarity at the first incursions into Afghanistan, but that goodwill quickly evaporated based on our over zealous actions...

Shōgun Ep 7 An episode that maybe in isolation didn't sing as loudly as others, but in the full context of the show will be vital. I was not expecting to see the birth of geisha in this series, but here we are. Toranaga has to have a plan. Why he isn't sharing it with his top advisors, I don't know....

Fight me. There was like a 3 or 4 model year period where the S sort of reset the baseline for many of the metrics that make a car great, and in an objective fashion in some cases. Then for reasons that only make sense to the the "go f**k yourself" guy they changed a small handful of them in ways th...

In my defense, I wasn't considering a Tesla because they're kinda crap. The S pre-2020 or so is perhaps the single greatest passenger car ever made, but you had to spend like $130k to get one. Then they changed up the interior to make it more like the other models (e.g. awful) and a big chunk of wha...

On the company’s first day of public trading last week, Truth Social’s website saw its highest-traffic day of the month, with roughly 277,000 U.S. visitors, the estimates show. That is a small fraction of most online platforms: On the same day, the discussion-board service Reddit saw more than 32 m...
