Dear Rangers:
What have your coaches told you since you were 4 years old in hockey or any sport where the ref has a whistle?
PLAY TO THE EFFING WHISTLE!!!!!
We played red light green light with my U6 girls in soccer to reinforce this.
god how I hate the crappies.

Greek Freak got a Flagrant 2 early and it was all downhill from there.
Nice turnaround this season regardless.

We've been pretty lucky...have had several blowouts with our daughter but they were mostly contained to her clothes. When she was really young (2-3 months maybe?), she shot poop off the changing table squarely into our goldendoodle's face. So that was funny. Our oldest, now 14 peed on the dog durin...

I do NOT miss the poop days.
Unfortunately the vomit days last a lot longer. We always do a junk food fest on Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve 2013, my 13 year old projectile vomited mostly buffalo wings off the top bunk all over his bedroom.

Props to Doc for shutting the hell up and just letting the moment be. Unless he had a heart attack. I've been going around the house all evening shouting "HIT THE POST WITH THE SHOT!" Girlfriend is not amused. Don't try shouting "hoisted it" during intimate moments. Not received well. "It's all ove...

We were short a bunch of kids at practice for the U12 team my son plays for and I assist on tonight. So we decided to play 5 on 5 coaches vs players.
I don't see how I'm getting up in the morning. Suffice to say I'm not 12, or 20, or 30, or 40 anymore.

Is it kosher on this board to state that we would like to punch Pittsburgh Dad Jr.? Metaphorically of course.

They say you start feeling the aches and pains at 40. I didn't- I got the whole way to 42. Not terribly but I have a dull pain in my knees a lot and the left one seems to get out of joint a little sometimes. And my right shoulder hurts off and on. Other things just randomly hurt sometimes. Not enou...

I used to get my Dexter the "cocker spaniel cut" but he is much happier with extremely short fur. I love my dog and he just turned six. Only problem with him is he gets ear infections a lot and he licks constantly. Quincy looks great cut like a cocker spaniel but everyone is much happier with his f...

Yeah, he's a great dog. Not too big but not too tiny. Not yappy. Likes to exercise but do not have to walk him constantly. Loves to make you happy.
His coat needs a lot of attention but Mrs. Franchise usually handles that.

Dogs are incredible animals- we have vehicles downshifting at a stop sign about 50 yards from my house all day. My dog knows the exact sound of my son's school bus and goes nuts when he hears it- he knows who is coming home. He's never wrong about the bus even if my kid's not always on it. Then sad...
