I don't think there's any way they will open the bars again if we start pushing to 500 cases which is what the ACHD seems to be hinting at (which I think is the right decision). Restaurants may get some relief if/when the numbers go back down.

This was just the stage 1 trial. They are behind other vaccine candidates (Moderna is entering late stage (stage 3) trials this month) and stage 2 for this one won't start till later this month according to the article.
